The most serious would be its absence because it can be “a sign that something is not working.” “Every body has mechanisms that regulate that when you start eating, the feeling of hunger continues to decrease. It’s not just that the stomach is full, but there are a number of transmitters that are secreted and relay information to the brain.”

Speaking of feeling a heightened appetite, the expert explains that this is due to “the dark side that we always lack when we eat more than we should or what we need.” This can happen for many reasons, not necessarily negative ones.
