2- Step by Step.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 40 g grated mozzarella
  • 2 slices of cooked turkey breast
  • Salt and oregano to taste

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.
  2. In a heatproof container, put a sheet of baking paper and spread out the mixture.
  3. Then add a little more mozzarella cheese to bake.
  4. Bake at 200ºC for 25 minutes until golden.
  5. Take out of the mold and sprinkle with oregano to taste.

Of course, this recipe can be adapted to individual tastes and add ingredients that we prefer. For example, you can add vegetables such as onions, peppers, broccoli and add some more spices.
