The presence of Betacyanin imparts an amazing, striking colour to them, making their presence known in many industries worldwide. Wellness*: Mix 1 tsp of the powder in a little bit of boiling water. Add a sweetener - maple syrup, honey or sugar. If you prefer a hot latte, top it up with hot milk of choice, otherwise add ice and top it up with cold milk!
It can also be added directly to your favourite shakes, smoothies, oatmeal, baked goods, soups or curries for an added boost.
